Meeting Your Needs
We've all been in "survival mode" for the past 2 years. According to Maslow's Heirarchy of Needs, until our physiological and safety needs are met, we aren't able to adequately self-actualize. This might help explain how your life may've felt like it's stalled a bit during the pandemic. Take a listen.
